The family of Mac Miller has made an emotional announcement. Moving through the music world, Mac left behind a short film available on Prime Video. It was released to accompany the music album Balloonerism, Miller’s last non-live album before he died in 2018. The new album differs from Mac’s usual style because it features his more innovative efforts.

The composition is easily dissectable, moving from the loose, jazz-inspired song “5 Dollar Pony Rides” to the album’s last track, “Tomorrow Will Never Know.” It is over 12 minutes long and described as a haphazard, blurry sound.

His family previously released a statement revealing Mac Miller’s plans for the upcoming project. According to recordings, the estate claims that Mac got the artwork for the project and began working on it. Mac Miller could release some unofficial versions he seamlessly put together years in advance.

Mac suggested arguments identifying the musical breadth and fearlessness but could never formalize them. It was this album that Mac Miller had to release. It made sense that he and many fans were curious to collaborate on the compilation Balloonerism, which features visuals that complement the music.
